1) The above Stand-alone Unaudited Financial Results have been reviewed and recommended by the Audit Committee to the Board of Directors and have been approved by the Board at its meeting held on 13th November, 2010.

2) Statutory Auditors have carried out the 'Limited Review' of the above financial results.

3) During the quarter ended 30th September, 2010, on Bullion Turnover of Rs.23800 lakhs, the Company has earned a Surplus of Rs.84 lakhs.

4) Figures have been re-grouped or re-classified wherever necessary.

5) The status of Investors' Complaints for the quarter ended 30th September, 2010 is as follows: Opening Balance - Nil; Received - 36, Disposed Off - 36, Closing Balance - Nil.
